Wendy C. Wolf, PhD is a political activist and philanthropist who is interested in organizing women donors in support of progressive social change. She is one of the key individuals organizing the Women Donors Network’s work on reproductive justice. She is the treasurer of WDN's board, as well as the head of WDN's action activities. She has worked tirelessly to elect progressive candidates to the Senate and House of Representative and worked closely with Emily’s List.

She is an adolescent, child and reproductive rights advocate, and a social policy analyst and evaluator. She is the Founder and Senior Fellow of the Center for Assessment and Policy Development (CAPD). Prior to founding CAPD, she was the Director of Research for Public/Private Ventures for 7 years. She was the chairperson of the board of Healthy Teen Network for two years.

She has had a teaching position at the University of Arizona. She received a PhD in Demography and Sociology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from Brown University.
