During her time at Tufts, Perry's research focused on marginalized groups and the ways in which social structures perpetuate inequality. Perry loves travel and trying new things, and, after graduating from Tufts in May of 2008, she moved to San Francisco to experience life in a new city. Perry is committed to promoting social justice and sustainable development. She is currently volunteering her time as a development researcher with Education 2.0, a Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to connecting mentors with underprivileged youth.
