Paloma Barhaugh-Bordas, Assistant to the President

Paloma Barhaugh-Bordas joined WDN in April of 2010 as the part-time Assistant to the President. Originally from Colorado, Paloma has lived in the Bay Area for the past three years, working in development for a nonprofit middle school in the Tenderloin and then for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
With a strong family background in nonprofits, Paloma’s very first job in high school was with a women’s empowerment nonprofit in Denver. She has a keen interest in working with people who seek to make social change and has particular interests in education and immigrant rights.
Outside of the office Paloma spends her time in a printmaking studio in Berkeley. Her art work focuses on the changing cultural landscape of America and the evolution of the American identity. Visit Paloma's website to see samples of her art.
