WDN Programs & Initiatives Manager Summer Migliori Soto (she/they) is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Studies. Summer is passionate about writing and digital publishing. Her experience includes editing, contributing, and rebranding work at Artifact Nouveau and Placeholder Magazine, two publications that encourage literacy and provide an outlet for marginalized artists and writers. She has also led community-based workshops and fundraisers to benefit contributors of Placeholder Magazine in California’s Central Valley.

In her free time, Summer enjoys volunteering, going to local art and music shows, and taking road trips down the West Coast.
