My education is in fine arts/metalsmithing and my passion is justice. I'm not at all satisfied with the way the world is right now. It's easy for me to walk around with my teeth gritted carrying a soapbox, ready to expound on "the way things ought to be."

I work to find balance through friendships, humor (yes, that's me sending jokes out on WDN's list serve) nature and spirituality.

My philanthropy started with funding women and girls issues. It's still a primary focus, but the more I've learned, the broader my vision. WDN has been a great source of information and inspiration. I'm on every education call I can possibly attend. I've joined committees and sought deeper ways to get involved. WDN is very important to my life and work.

I have been a WDN board member in the past and am delighted to be coming back on the board. I am a founding mother of the Women and Girls Foundation of SWPA, a member of the Ms. Foundation for Women board and vice-chair of the Women's Law Project.

I LOVE THE BLUE WIG!  I got to wear it at WDN's conference in '08!
