WDN Network Learning Circle
Are we keeping up with the groundswell of change in new media and innovation?
How can Women Donors NETWORK be smarter and more strategic?
Why do we need to be effective leaders in this emerging arena?
What is a Network Weaver, a Network Guardian?
The Network Learning Circle is a unique opportunity devoted to network theory and practice, led by esteemed Network Thinker and Weaver, June Holley.
The learning circle sessions are designed to help us keep current with emerging logic, strategy, and action tools for innovation and change; increase our impact as leaders, funders, and activists; and to explore new ways of thinking and working.
Members are learning to:
- understand network theory and practice as part of a theory of change
- use a network lens to help implement our strategic plan
- explore the intersection of collaborative women’s leadership and network theory and practice
- boldly increase impact by applying a network perspective to our work
- think and weave networks
- explain to others the value of a network lens
- read, do assignments, understand, and strengthen our network(s)
- see Smart Network Analyzer used as a network mapping software tool
- prepare ourselves for collective action with progressive network weavers outside of WDN
Sessions meet June through September via virtual methods, web conferencing, etc. For more information, contact Kathleen Andreson.
