WDN’s mission is to advance a just, equitable, and sustainable world. United by a shared vision of justice and equity for all, our members boldly invest their wealth, time, and talents together. We listen deeply to leaders and movements fighting injustice, move funds quickly, and foster creative strategies that advance systemic change.

So far this year, we have collectively mobilized over $14 million dollars in c3 funding, making possible grants to almost 100 national and state-based groups across 20 states. Almost 80% of our funding has supported BIPOC, women-led organizations.

Organizers know best. Our deep trust and partnership with movement leaders enables us to eliminate funding barriers and enables organizations to focus on their work. We prioritize grantees with a strong vision for transformative change, power-building in marginalized and underserved communities, leadership that reflects the communities served, and an opportunity for our funding to be catalytic.
