As Reproductive Justice Organizations Chart Stormy Waters, ABC Sends $320K to the Field
Today, patients who need an abortion must face a rapidly changing and complex legal landscape and potentially juggle high costs and extensive travel just to obtain basic health care. Providers must operate amidst constantly shifting laws, and states with access are overwhelmed with patients in need of care. This moment requires creativity, flexibility, and fast action on the part of providers and organizers on the ground – and this responsiveness requires trust-based, rapid philanthropic support. WDN established the Abortion Bridge Collaborative (ABC) Fund to ensure enduring abortion care across the U.S. by moving money rapidly to build critical and emergent infrastructure to protect and advance reproductive justice nationwide. In these uncharted waters, the ABC Fund just moved $320K to three organizations that center reproductive justice in their mission, values, and work as they contribute to building the infrastructure needed to ensure nationwide abortion access in the long term.
Crucial Funding at a Critical Time: Another $320K for Reproductive Freedom
We are incredibly proud to support the work of these bold organizations. Read more about each grantee from our latest round of funding:

All-Options
$200,000 grant
All-Options uses direct service and social change strategies to promote unconditional, judgment-free support for people in all of their decisions, feelings, and experiences with pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption. ABC funding will allow All-Options to strengthen and scale capacity to meet the moment and provide essential support care for people in Indiana and around the country.

Cambridge Reproductive Health Consultants
$50,000 grant
Cambridge Reproductive Health Consultants (CRHC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving reproductive health and fostering reproductive justice worldwide. ABC funding will support CRHC in their efforts to expand access to medication abortion drugs in the U.S. using a telemedicine platform and taking advantage of the Massachusetts shield law in the provision of services to out-of-state patients.

Wild West Access Fund of Nevada
$70,000 grant
The Wild West Access Fund of Nevada was created to eliminate the financial barrier to abortion care in Nevada where providers are serving the increased needs of abortion seekers from neighboring states. ABC funding will support this new fund’s sustainability as it continues its transition from a once all-volunteer organization to one with paid staff.
We Could Not Have Done This – And Can’t Continue to Do This – Without Our Donors
The money we raise is the money we move. Thanks to our donors, we’ve been able to grant nearly $3.6M to the reproductive justice field in just 7 months. Our fund is designed to support organizations and projects engaged in the most critical work delivering abortion care, defending abortion access, and advancing reproductive justice. At a time when so much is on the line for individuals and for communities at large, we’re calling on donors to continue to step up in support of abortion care. We must do this together.
