Engagement & Development Manager

Kathleen Andreson (she/her) has worked with WDN for over 24 years. She leads a number of member stewardship activities including onboarding and engagement and member programs. She is a liaison to the Finance Team and manages contributions, pledge tracking, and yearly renewals.

Kathleen is also responsible for overseeing logistics for larger events and national meetings.

Kathleen enjoys supporting women activists committed to social change who leverage their power, intellect, and resources to multiply their impact.

Kathleen lives with her husband mostly in New Orleans, but they enjoy splitting their time with their home in the Bay Area. Their large and far-flung family keeps them busy with a steady stream of visitors. They enjoy travel and are avid hikers, kayakers, and fishermen.
