Save the date for WDN Connect this November! We’re planning powerful virtual programming from November 4th to 6th to share the impact of our collective funding, progress on our equity journey, and to talk about what comes next.

While we’re hopeful about the pace of vaccinations and updated CDC guidelines, there are a number of unknowns that are challenging to plan around for a gathering of our size. Given the possibility of variants or a resurgence of cases in the fall and the range of comfort levels with large gatherings, we determined that the best choice for our conference in 2021 would be to hold all of our primary conference content online for one more year.

We know how important in-person gatherings are to the building of community. We are monitoring CDC guidelines to decide whether it will be safe to offer optional member-hosted meetups for those who would like to opt in to an in-person gathering. We are hopeful that it will be safe to gather in small groups, and we will keep you informed as the situation evolves.

Online registration and conference program details will be announced on September 9.

Our annual conference brings together activists, thought leaders, and our mighty network of members to explore some of the most pressing issues of our time, from the future of our democracy to the future of our planet. Whether you join online only or meet up with others in your region, community is at the heart of our annual conference, and we look forward to three days of collective learning and action with you!
