WDN Connect 2022

Join us for WDN Connect as we continue to ground ourselves and grow like the aspen trees of New Mexico. These majestic trees sprout from a single underground root system, creating a unique organism that can survive for thousands of years. Aspens inspire us. Like them, our roots are deep, and our potential for growth is limitless.

WDN Connect is our most anticipated gathering; 2022 is going to be an epic reunion. A time to find, or be with, your people. To lean into community. To connect with the inspiring, kind, smart folks who make up our network of change makers. To rely on them. Learn from them. To offer and receive support, ideas, and relish moments of joy and reflection.

Keeping Each Other Safe

Women Donors Network prioritizes the health and safety of our community. As we navigate this phase of the pandemic, we must do our best to create a culture of care. That means that each WDN Connect participant does their part to keep our community and the spaces where we convene safe and healthy.

The following recommendations were developed based on current CDC guidance, guidelines currently in place at our conference venue, and with input from our community. These safety protocols are subject to change based on COVID-19 levels and up-to-date recommendations at the time of the event.

Vaccination & Covid Testing

This will be a vaccine-required event. All in-person WDN Connect participants will be asked to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 to enter the conference space, except in cases of medical or religious exemption. As defined by the CDC, fully vaccinated means all vaccines and boosters are completed at least 14 days prior to the first day of WDN Connect.

To help speed up the registration process, please complete this online registration form and save the confirmation email with your personal QR code. Please have your vaccination card ready to show before registration.

Onsite testing for all participants will be required upon arrival before registration.

Wearing a well-fitted mask, along with vaccination, helps protect you – and the WDN community – by reducing the chance of spreading COVID-19. Masks will be required in all indoor WDN programming spaces for all participants, except while eating. This includes main stage plenary sessions, breakout rooms, adjacent hallways, and any off-site events (including transportation to and from such events).

Please make sure your mask fits securely and covers your nose and mouth completely. We highly recommend N95 or KN95 masks. Participants may remove their masks only while eating and drinking in designated spaces. To-go boxes will be available for those who prefer to eat in their hotel rooms.

To provide another layer of protection against illness, we strongly recommend that you wear a mask during your travels to New Mexico and in public hotel spaces when programming isn’t taking place.

Additional Safety Information

  • The hotel will employ frequent sanitization of all common areas of our convention space.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout our venue for your convenience.
  • Participants must follow any additional protocols in place at the time of the event as set forth by the Tamaya Resort and Spa.
  • Seating in session rooms will be spaced out as much as possible to provide additional distancing for attendees.
