WDN Criminal (In)Justice Circle Members Working to End Death Penalty in California

Momentum is building across the country for abolishing the death penalty.  Many states have abolished the death penalty in the past four years, and California voters will have the opportunity this fall to have their say.  A ballot initiative has qualified for the November ballot that would abolish California’s death penalty and change the sentences of California’s 721 death row inmates to life-in-prison sentences.
